While not completely unhealthy or unfit I knew I needed to stop just thinking about improving my health, fitness and wellbeing and do something about it! Vision has been just wanted I needed. The discipline of clear goals, twice weekly training sessions, food knowledge based on shopping tours, recording in the app and working to macros. All with a group of supportive and friendly trainers who are genuinely keen to see you succeed.
I have dropped 10% of my body weight, 4 years from my biological age, managed personal bests at 5k, 10k and City 2 Surf and am doing weights for the first time in my life. I would not have managed this without the structure and support that Vision put in place and the great staff.
Next on the horizon is my half marathon personal best, attending some more of the classes and continuing to improve the various measures on my 9-weekly scan!
