Over the last 5 years, I have attended different types of gyms, from community CrossFit to mostly reformer pilates classes. One gave me results but my body was often aching, and the other did not improve much shape at all. I was at a point where I was not feeling comfortable in my body, but did not know what to do.

One day, I bumped into a Vision ad on social media and decided to give it a go. Soon after starting the program with Nat, I noticed results... 8.5kg in 12 weeks! That was an amazing feeling! The biggest light bulb moment was discovering the macros system and how a tiny Tim-Tam here and there could have an impact on my weight. With a greater understanding of what I eat, two weight sessions a week, fun group classes and more walks, I found my rhythm and feels better in only 3 months! Thanks Nat for pushing me and thanks to the whole Vision team for creating this warm place to train.
