I am really proud of my total loss of 26kg so far. This hasn’t happened by chance — it’s required consistent hard work, discipline, regular shopping tours to adapt and fine-tune my nutrition plan, and seminars to strengthen my mindset.
The past 12 months have shown me that even when the journey isn’t easy and life gets in the way, small steps forward still produce real results.
My PT, Natalie, has been there every step of the way — especially during the times when my body wasn’t cooperating. She consistently adapted my training to ensure I could keep progressing safely and effectively.
Although my journey isn’t complete, I’m genuinely enjoying the increased energy, improved health, and the positive comments I now receive as a result of the effort put in.
I’d also like to thank Tristan for his amazing boxing classes, and more recently Scotty for the Group Max classes.
