When Lyn first connected with Vision, it wasn’t just the beginning of her health journey, it was the beginning of ours too. Over 21 years ago, she trained with our Founder Andrew Simmons when Vision was just starting out. That early connection planted the seed for the remarkable journey she continues today.

Fast forward to this year, and fate had its say once again. Back in March, Benny happened to knock on her daughter’s door — and it turned out to be perfect timing. Both Lyn and her daughter were ready to recommit to their health, and the stars aligned to bring them back into the Vision community together.

When Lyn returned, she had already achieved incredible progress on her own, having lost a significant amount of weight. But she wanted more, particularly in strength, posture, balance, and overall fitness. With the guidance, structure, and support of Vision, she’s taken things to the next level.

Her results speak for themselves. Lyn has increased her muscle mass by 300 grams and reduced her body weight by 700 grams — a 1kg fat loss that reflects not just numbers on a scale, but a shift toward a stronger, leaner, and more balanced body. On top of that, she’s seen huge improvements in her posture, balance, and even her sleep, all of which have enhanced her overall wellbeing.

What’s truly inspiring is how Lyn shows up every single day. She participates in all of our classes with enthusiasm, tracks her food without fail, and takes ownership of her goals with positivity and determination. Her consistency and drive are key to her success.

But beyond the physical transformation, it’s Lyn’s energy that shines brightest. She’s always smiling, always encouraging others, and always up for a challenge. She lights up the studio, lifts the people around her, and proves that with the right mindset and support, incredible things are possible.
