When Walshie first came to us, his goal was simple. He wanted to lose weight, feel healthier, have more energy, and improve his overall fitness so he could keep up with the demands of work and family life. As a tradie working long physical days on-site, his body was constantly under pressure. His trainer Rob, having spent 15 years in the trade himself, understood exactly how draining that lifestyle can be. Long hours, early mornings, inconsistent meals, sore joints, fatigue, and trying to find motivation to train after a massive day can be tough.

From the start, Rob knew James didn’t need another quick fix or unrealistic challenge. He needed structure, accountability, and a plan that fit into real life.

What has impressed us most about Walshie is the consistency he has shown since day one. No excuses, no shortcuts, just showing up and putting in the work week after week. Despite juggling multiple job sites, long workdays, and being a busy dad running around after three kids and their sport commitments every single week, he still made his health a priority.

He committed fully to the process. He dialled in his nutrition, stayed consistent with his macros, trained hard, and trusted the plan even during the weeks where life got hectic. That level of consistency is what creates real long-term change, and it’s exactly why his results have been so incredible.
