About the owners
Benny Russell’s journey with Vision Personal Training began in 2019 when he walked into Vision Rose Bay searching for direction. With a background in Muay Thai, rowing, and bodybuilding, he understood the power of physical transformation, but it was at Vision that he discovered his passion for coaching others to success.
Benny quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Senior Trainer in 2020. During COVID-19, he played a key role in keeping clients engaged through outdoor and online training, leading to the highest client retention in the network. His impact grew, guiding over 150 individuals to life-changing results and influencing more than 500 clients through leadership roles.
In 2022, Benny took the next step as Studio Manager of Vision Rose Bay, driving an impressive 30% growth in his first year. His dedication and leadership earned him Manager of the Year in both 2023 and 2024. Now, as the proud owner of Vision Eastlakes, Benny is on a mission to help others break free from the barriers holding them back. His focus remains on building strength, confidence, and resilience—empowering his clients to live healthier, happier lives.
