Lachlan, a passionate cricket enthusiast, set out with the goal of getting stronger and more agile to improve his performance on the field. Over the course of his training, he’s successfully dropped 6kg, while also increasing his strength and improving his coordination – something that has made a significant difference in his athletic performance.
Lachlan is no stranger to putting in the extra work outside of his scheduled sessions, often found grinding away on the cross trainer or treadmill. Though there’s still room for improvement, he’s made impressive strides towards becoming a fitter, stronger version of himself, and his consistency is paying off.
