Before starting at vision she was a person who had enjoyed fitness and being trim, but after suffering quite a few negative and serious health events over several years, she began to think quite negatively about her chances of regaining my fitness and energy levels.

Anne started with us at the end of 2022 and lost 13kgs by the end of 2023. She has now maintained and kept that weight off till now in 2025. Anne has also achieved some incredible walks over her time at Vision. Anne travelled to Spain and did the last 200km of walking with her husband Tony, now client with us. She has also participated in a 20km coast trek, 34km fred hollows walk and multiple 10 to 20km bush walks through the mountains.

Anne has been consistent with food diary and tracking while in a fat loss stage. She’d 3-4 PT sessions a week for a while, now consistent with 2-3, walking to the gym each time. Anne has influenced her daughter and her husband to join with vision which in turn helps her stay motivated

Q: What has been the biggest change you’ve noticed in yourself — physically, mentally, or emotionally?
A: Physically: much stronger, aerobically much fitter, looking and feeling much better
Mentally and emotionally: much more positive, happier, much more confident.

Q: What would you say to someone who’s just starting out and feeling unsure?
A: Just try. Be patient with yourself, it will take time. You will be amazed by what you can achieve, bit by bit. Consistency is the key
