I have been with the Team at Vision Five Dock for nearly 9 years. I love participating in all of the morning group training sessions and the one on one PT sessions I have each week.
Over the years I have been with incredibly dedicated trainers who all have a vast knowledge of health and fitness. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my cardio ability, I can lift progressively heavier weights and I can always push myself harder throughout each session. I have even managed to complete the City to Surf, two Blackmores 10km runs and run The Bay non-stop!
I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions and the dietary advice from my trainers.
I love everything about Vision Five Dock, all the trainers are friendly, motivating and encouraging, the group sessions are fun and enjoyable and I have made some really lovely supportive friends!
