Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 15g Smooth Peanut Butter No Added Sugar or Salt 
  • 1 Serving Original Thin Rice Cakes

Method

  1. Place three rice cakes out on a plate and spread over thin layer of peanut butter.  Top each rice cake with cottage cheese on top of the peanut butter and gently mix through the peanut putter.
