  • 30g Onion 
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove or 2 Small
  • 100g Mushrooms 
  • 50g Shortcut Bacon 
  • 50g Chicken Breast
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 100g Liquid Chicken Stock 
  • 50g Nestle Carnation Lite Cooking Cream
  • Fresh Pasta (Rana Fettuccine) 


  1. Spray oil in fry pan and saut√© onion and garlic until slightly brown.
  2. Add chopped bacon and cook until slightly brown.
  3. Add chopped chicken and stir in.
  4. Add mushrooms and stir in. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and cook mushrooms until browned.
  5. Add chicken stock and simmer until liquid is reduced but leave a little liquid in pan.
  6. While reducing sauce, cook pasta. Cook fresh pasta in saucepan of boiling water for 3-5mins (slightly underdone).
  7. Transfer pasta straight into frypan of sauce, stir through cream and mix in.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

*For these macros, used 70g pasta (measured uncooked).
