Ingredients
1 serving- 30g Onion
- 1 Large Garlic Clove or 2 Small
- 100g Mushrooms
- 50g Shortcut Bacon
- 50g Chicken Breast
- Fresh Parsley
- 100g Liquid Chicken Stock
- 50g Nestle Carnation Lite Cooking Cream
- Fresh Pasta (Rana Fettuccine)
Method
- Spray oil in fry pan and sauté onion and garlic until slightly brown.
- Add chopped bacon and cook until slightly brown.
- Add chopped chicken and stir in.
- Add mushrooms and stir in. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and cook mushrooms until browned.
- Add chicken stock and simmer until liquid is reduced but leave a little liquid in pan.
- While reducing sauce, cook pasta. Cook fresh pasta in saucepan of boiling water for 3-5mins (slightly underdone).
- Transfer pasta straight into frypan of sauce, stir through cream and mix in.
- Serve and enjoy!
