  • 30g Dry Oats
  • 3 Tbsp Egg Whites
  • 80g Non-Fat Vanilla Yoghurt 
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 
  • 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt


  1. Blend all ingredients in a mini blender or bullet style blender until the oats are smooth and the batter is not chunky.

  2. Heat a mini waffle maker, and add 4-5 tablespoons of batter. No more, or it will spill over!

  3. Cook until they are golden brown and serve.

  4. To make these waffles super indulgent, add blueberries and sugar free syrup
