Baked Oats with Chocolate

  • 50g Egg White 
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Pieces Rolo Chocolate Block 
  • 30g Home Brand Rolled Oats
  • 50g Banana 
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 50ml Unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • 5ml Hershey's Caramel Syrup 


  1. Combine oats, protein powder, banana and baking powder in bowl.
  2. Put ingredients into blender. 
  3. Add milk and egg whites to blender. Mix! Consistency should be thick yet slightly liquid.
  4. Line dish and pour in mix.
  5. Add Rolo in separate sections so you can split it.
  6. Bake in oven on fan bake 200 degrees for 20minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Top with drizzle
