Ingredients
2 servings- 50g Egg White
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 4 Pieces Rolo Chocolate Block
- 30g Home Brand Rolled Oats
- 50g Banana
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 50ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 5ml Hershey's Caramel Syrup
Method
- Combine oats, protein powder, banana and baking powder in bowl.
- Put ingredients into blender.
- Add milk and egg whites to blender. Mix! Consistency should be thick yet slightly liquid.
- Line dish and pour in mix.
- Add Rolo in separate sections so you can split it.
- Bake in oven on fan bake 200 degrees for 20minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with drizzle
