- 45g Uncle Tobys Traditional Oats
- 50g Bannana
- 30g Vision Personal Training Vanilla Protein Powder
- 200ml water
- Place raw oats into a bowl and add water until oats are submerged
- Cook in microwave for 1 min then mix in protein powder
- Add more water for texture if desire and serve with sliced banana.
