Ingredients

1 serving
  • 45g Uncle Tobys Traditional Oats 
  • 50g Bannana
  • 30g Vision Personal Training Vanilla Protein Powder 
  • 200ml water 

Method

  1. Place raw oats into a bowl and add water until oats are submerged
  2. Cook in microwave for 1 min then mix in protein powder
  3.  Add more water for texture if desire and serve with sliced banana.
