Ingredients
10 servings- 175g Avocado
- 10g Coriander
- 5g Cumin
- 125g Edamame Beans
- 5ml Lime Juice
- 5g Jalapeno Peppers
Method
- In a food processor, blend edamame, coriander, jalapeno and lime juice.
- Add avocado and spices and blend till smooth.
- Serve with Corn thins or Ryvitas for an easy low carb snack.
