  • 175g Avocado
  • 10g Coriander
  • 5g Cumin
  • 125g Edamame Beans
  • 5ml Lime Juice
  • 5g Jalapeno Peppers


  1. In a food processor, blend edamame, coriander, jalapeno and lime juice.
  2. Add avocado and spices and blend till smooth.
  3. Serve with Corn thins or Ryvitas for an easy low carb snack.
