Ingredients
10 servings- 1 Cup Self-Raising Flour
- 60g True Protein WPI90 Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Medium Bananas, Mashed
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/3 Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
- 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/3 Cup Granulated Sweetener
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Frozen Berries
Method
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place the flour, protein powder and baking powder into a large bowl and combine.
- Into another bowl, add the mashed banana, egg whites, Greek yogurt, almond milk, stevia and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and gently fold until combined, mix through the blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour batter into the baking tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
