  • 1 Cup Self-Raising Flour
  • 60g True Protein WPI90 Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Medium Bananas, Mashed
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/3 Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sweetener 
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Frozen Berries


  1. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the flour, protein powder and baking powder into a large bowl and combine.
  3. Into another bowl, add the mashed banana, egg whites, Greek yogurt, almond milk, stevia and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and gently fold until combined, mix through the blueberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour batter into the baking tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
