I joined Vision gym in March and I’m well on my way to achieving my goals of improving my fitness level and losing weight. I have lost ten kilos, feel much lighter and I’m reaping the benefits of the overall strengthening of my body. I can see and feel the difference in my muscular conditioning and I have learned a lot of helpful tips regarding healthy eating. This is crucial to not only lose weight but to keep it off by making informed eating choices and cultivating the right mindset.
My trainer Tristan is great as he keeps the sessions fun so coming to workout is not a chore, and the whole team make the gym somewhere you enjoy being. I would recommend the Vision team to anyone seriously wanting to change for the better, I just wish I had done it sooner!
