Stephanie started at Vision just over 4 months ago and was only 2 weeks away from a trip home to Ireland for Christmas with her family.
It was a whirlwind two weeks getting stuck into everything Vision had to offer - nutrition, food diary, cardio weights and group training sessions. Stephanie gave 100% knowing once home in the cold weather there would be minimal opportunity to train outside and eat a balanced diet with so many family social engagements to attend.
When she returned after Christmas it was with the same enthusiasm. Back into routines, training and eating well. Enjoying the Summer weather and keeping active with her son Ollie outdoors through January.
Her results in such a short time have seen her drop 15cm around her chest waist and hips and improve her fitness to where she is joining run group, running events and planning to do the Half marathon in May.
Everything Stephanie does is with purpose and determination. Her sessions at 5am are testament to her discipline, always coming in with a smile and doing her best. Her results are proof that if you follow the plan, it works!!!.
