Mairead started with us in March after seeing the great results her friend Orla had achieved. Her initial goal was to lose 10 kilos and start back on a path of a healthy lifestyle and improved knowledge around nutrition.
Right from the start Mairead had the right attitude and embraced the changes required to achieve the goal she set with Jack.
Consistent Personal Training along with her own sessions and a couple of group training and boxing sessions saw Mairead's weight start to shift.
She hit her goal of losing 10 kilos in her first 9 weeks and has continued with her positive results since then.
Her long-term goal is to get back into playing sport and enjoying life to the full. With small goals achieved along the way through her consistent planning and training, good nutrition and great friends around her, she will be kicking goals all the way.
