Jonathon has continued his efforts at increasing his strength during his PT sessions. He is often in the studio attending group classes and training on his own. Regular exercise, food diary completion and the support of his wife have enabled him to achieve great results over the last 6 months.
His squats, deadlifts and chinups are testament to his consistent efforts.
