I had been a member of Vision for a year and had been relatively consistent with my training and maintained a reasonable level of fitness. However I had never really pushed myself or tracked my food. So when the Body Breakthrough Challenge was starting, I saw it as an opportunity to see what changes I could achieve if I really committed and put my mind to it. I tracked my food, cut out alcohol and trained 6 times a week. As a full time working mum, it was hard to fit in, but with the support of my husband I prioritized time to train , often training early in the morning before the kids woke. I am so happy with the results and feel so much better- healthier and stronger. I have abs for the first time in my life!
