Billy turned to Vision Personal Training when he decided that he needed to take positive steps to better health. An ACL injury a year and a half before had limited his ability to exercise, and he found himself gaining weight. Billy was looking for consistency of training and motivation and Vision seemed a natural fit. Billy overhauled his eating and focused on rehabilitation and building strength with his physio, personal training sessions and cycling. Billy has lost an amazing 13 kg in just 16 weeks and kept up his training with Zoom PT sessions during COVID.
