I have been training here at the Penrith Studio for over a year now and it has definitely changed my thought process towards certain things in terms of training and nutrition. Not only have I loved losing the body fat but have also enjoyed the weights and noticing my strength go up each week as well as challenging myself each week with the different cardio challenges and group sessions.
