Lisa has had an amazing start to her health and fitness journey. In only 9 weeks, Lisa lost almost 6kg when she originally set a goal of 5kg. Right from the start, Lisa implemented many positive changes into her weekly routine. She plans and tracks her food every day, attends multiple group classes and runs 1-2 times a week. She not only smashed her fat loss goal, but she also hit a PB of running 5km. For her amazing effort and achievement, Lisa was voted Rookie of the Year 2020. Amazing work Lisa!
