I joined Vision Personal Training Pyrmont with the aim of improving my lifestyle and eating habits. I had become too comfortable eating out regularly and not doing enough exercise.
With my upcoming wedding as added motivation I decided to pop into the Vision Studio at Pyrmont to see what it was all about. Eleven months later, 8kg lighter, I've completed the 27km Seven Bridges Walk, Raw Challenge and am much fitter and toned. I have learnt so much and have been really surprised with what I am actually capable of. The Trainers are fantastic, they provide the motivation and encouragement needed to meet regular goals and keep you accountable for the choices you make whilst providing guidance and support the whole way.
