Kelly SimpsonMay 24, 2026"It’s hard to overstate the extent to which Vision PT and its trainers are changing my life. Once I decided I was worth the investment and signed up, I immediately experienced... its immense benefits. Group classes, personal training, run club, and the nicest people in Pyrmont regularly catching up create a sense of community that I simply wasn’t expecting from a gym. Everyone knows your name, says goodbye and hello, they introduce new members so you know each other, and they ring a bell to celebrate if you reach a goal. It’s been the opposite of the larger franchise gyms I’ve been part of where you feel invisible, it’s too busy to use the machines, and the bathrooms make you feel gross. At Vision, the trainers see and believe in your potential before you do, but they also see your heart and who you truly are, so they know how to help you get there. I wanted to learn how to embed lifestyle habits so that my work/life balance could feel more like life and less like work. I can attribute a lot of my achievement to my trainer Sachi. It’s rare to meet someone so kind-hearted and positive, who’s genuinely invested in your progress and happiness. She’s also aggressively ripped, can run very long distances, proudly meal preps like a fiend and clearly knows what she’s talking about. I like surrounding myself with people who are like sunshine and it’s incredible that my personal trainer is one of them. I’m meeting my physical goals, experiencing better mental health, coping with work stress more easily and running into friendly faces when I’m out and about. These are massive changes for me. All this is to say that the minimum outlay is 9 weeks, with a 30 day notice period for cancelling, and guaranteed goals they set you up to smash. If you do your nine weeks (or even 30 days) and decide it’s not for you, then you’ll still have met some of the best people you ever will.See more "

Hidetaka TanakaMarch 30, 2026"I joined Vision Pyrmont because I wanted to improve my running. I’ve always been an avid runner, but recently I felt I wasn’t performing as strongly as I used to —... maybe just age catching up! Joining Vision has honestly been the best decision I’ve made this year. My trainer, Sachi, clearly understands my goals and created personalised, achievable training sessions for me. After just four weeks, I already feel stronger, and my running has noticeably improved. Beyond Sachi, all the other trainers are incredibly friendly and always offer genuine encouragement. Another thing I really appreciate about Vision is how clearly they guide me with my nutrition — I finally understand what I should be eating and what I should be avoiding. If you want to be healthier, stronger, happier - I highly recommend Vision PT Pyrmont!See more "

About the owner
As the Owner of Vision Personal Training Pyrmont, my mission is to help people over 40 stay strong, move well and enjoy life for decades to come.
Over the last 10 years, I've helped people build strength, improve mobility and achieve sustainable weight loss through personalised exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I regularly work with clients experiencing stress, back, hip, knee and shoulder pain, or looking to improve their long-term health while living with challenges such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or Type 2 diabetes.
My approach is simple: there are no quick fixes. Lasting results come from understanding your body, building sustainable habits and following a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I focus on understanding the factors contributing to the problem and creating a practical approach that helps clients achieve lasting improvements in their health and wellbeing.
To me, success isn't measured by the number on the scales. It's measured by having the strength and confidence to enjoy everyday life, stay independent as you age and keep doing the things you love with the people who matter most.
