“My One-Year Transformation: Building Strength from Scratch at Vision Pyrmont”
One year ago, I walked into Vision Pyrmont with no fitness experience, feeling uncertain and intimidated. I was a complete beginner in every sense of the word—I had never exercised consistently, and the idea of weight training felt worlds away from what I thought I was capable of. I still remember my first few sessions, struggling to learn the basics, like not even being able to do a proper squat.
But that's where my journey truly began, thanks to the incredible guidance of my Personal Trainer, Sunan, whose energy, encouragement and dedication inspire me every session.
My trainer, Sunan at Vision Pyrmont, has been very patient, knowledgeable, and supportive from day one. She didn't just throw me into the deep end; she met me exactly where I was. She broke down every movement, focusing on form and building a solid foundation before we ever worried about lifting heavy. She taught me not just what to do, but why I was doing it. Every session, I learned something new, and with every small win, my confidence grew.
Looking at this comparison, I see so much more than just a “before” and “after.” I see a year of dedication, consistency, and hard work.
The photo on the right is a testament to the work we've put in. I've gained visible muscle and definition across my entire back, shoulders, and arms. I see a person who is not just leaner, but visibly stronger and more sculpted.
A Complete Change in Posture: I used to be unaware of my posture, but the “after” photo shows me standing taller and more confidently.
This transformation wasn't a quick fix; it was the result of showing up, trusting the process, and having an expert guide me every step of the way.
I went from someone who couldn't squat to someone who looks forward to training and pushing my limits.
