I have been training at Vision Personal Training Pyrmont since October 2014 and have absolutely loved it, from the weights to the cardio to the food diary! My Trainer has been fabulous and is really motivating and encouraging. I really look forward to my Personal Training sessions with him and feel fantastic afterwards (even if sore for a couple of days!).
From the very beginning, I was very inspired to go green on all three food entries with my Trainer giving me great nutrition advice and food ideas to help me be able to do this. I also don't like seeing red on my phone application; therefore this also helps me to focus on going green for the exercise for the week too. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed it and will continue to do so. Thanks to my trainer and everyone at Vision Personal Training Pyrmont.
