It’s been a massive few months for this super woman. Coming into Vision, Debbie’s focus was to shed a couple of pesky kilos that had previously been a challenge to drop. With a change of environment and more focus on tracking her food, Debbie has smashed her goal weight dropping over 5 kgs! Debbie deserves all the accolades she gets through her hard work, consistency, and dedication to her health and fitness. She is always a regular at group training sessions and is now well on the way to achieving her next goals of strength and running. Congratulations Debbie we can’t wait to see what’s next!
