What a month this has been for Dave! With most of us adapting to the new challenges and changes with outdoor Personal Training, it's been quite remarkable how quickly this guy has adapted and overcome. Over the past few months Dave has smashed it! Each week, Dave completed up to 4 PT sessions a week, multiple group sessions as well as a massive focus on his nutrition. With his consistency and all his hard work, Dave lost over 7kg as well as putting on 2kg of muscle. Considering all the changes and challenges this year has brought, it is a massive achievement.
