I have managed to lose weight and keep it in a healthy range... for a few years now. I am also fitter than I’ve ever been. I believe the excellent educational seminars presented by the trainers, the user friendly Vision app, goal setting sessions, challenges, classes and the accountability that comes from having two PT sessions a week are what have helped me get to where I am today. I’m fifty five and I feel stronger and fitter than what I did in my twenties. As I’m getting older I’ve realised the enormous benefits of a healthy lifestyle and with the support of my trainer, Chris, the Vision trainers and the wider Vision community I’m achieving goals I never thought possible at my age. Vision Personal Training is also a very social gym. I’ve met a lot of great people who I catch up with socially. Saturday morning gym and then breakfast is a great way to meet other clients and form friendships. Nathan Walsh
Nathan’s background in professional Rugby League has built skills in team work and caring about others. He has 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and has personally helped thousands of clients achieve their health and fitness goals, through healthy eating and simple fun exercise. Chris is the current owner of Vision Personal Training Bangor, Engadine and now partnering with Nathan at Sylvania, all neighbouring in the Sutherland Shire. His background in professional soccer partners with the skills of Nathan. He has a genuine care for people’s health and lives by an ABOVE THE LINE AT ALL TIMES attitude.
