  • 1  Apple 
  • 3 Tablespoon Rolled Oats
  • 4 Teaspoons Coconut Sugar 
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
  • Pinch Salt 
  • Dash Cinnamon


  1. Cut apple in half and scoop out the core.
  2. Brush with a little olive oil.
  3. Place cut side up in the air fryer and air fry at 180 degrees for 6 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, make oatmeal topping – Add oats, coconut sugar, almond flour, salt, cinnamon to a small bowl, stir and then pour melted butter over and mix well.
  5. Take the apple out, press the oat topping onto each of the apple halves, packing it  well and air fry for another 6-8 minutes until topping is golden.
  6. Remove, plate and top with a scoop full of low fat ice-cream and enjoy!
