Tamar joined Vision Personal Training with clear goals. She wanted to feel confident in her body, enjoy her training, and build habits she could maintain long term.
She was looking for structure, accountability, and guidance so she could train consistently without extremes. Feeling comfortable in her clothes, confident in social settings, and in control of her routine were important outcomes for her.
“I wanted to maintain my results through summer,” Tamar says. “I still wanted flexibility with food and training, without feeling guilty, but I also wanted to feel confident in my body.”
Through her time at Vision, Tamar learned what disciplined training and coaching really looks like. With the support of her trainer and the wider team, she followed her program, showed up consistently, and stayed committed even when motivation dipped.
The results followed. Tamar improved her body composition, built lean muscle, and significantly improved her overall health markers, including a Health Score of 95. Her strength and fitness increased, and she developed strong habits around training, nutrition, and recovery.
One of the biggest shifts for Tamar was mindset.
“Even when it wasn’t formal, I set myself goals and made sure I achieved them,” she says.
As her confidence grew, so did her ambition. Tamar’s focus shifted from just training for results to understanding how training works. She set new performance goals, including a 10km running program, and began looking at fitness not just as something she does, but as something she could build a future around.
“I want to keep getting stronger and more capable,” Tamar explains. “Long term, I want a balance of strength, muscle, and health.”
Today, Tamar feels confident, motivated, and in control of her routine. She is proud of the discipline she has built and the direction her training has taken her.
