November 2021 I was 136kgs, struggling with my health and not living my best life. I have a busy job and 2 young kids and was guilty of too many beers and luncheons. I found my own health and fitness was always sliding down the priority list. Approaching 40 I was getting worried about my health as I wasn’t feeling the best and had no energy.
I went to Vision Bangor to see if they could help me get back on track. I started with Jack Hyslop and from the first week we set a plan and I felt confident I could achieve my goals. He has educated me about my eating and drinking and made the sessions enjoyable. Reviewing my goals each week helps them stay in focus. I am really enjoying my training and find the daily food tracking is a great tool for being accountable to my food choices.
It's March 2022. I am now under 110kgs and feel amazing. My energy levels are through the roof. I feel like I am in my twenties again. Most importantly for me I am confident I can maintain this new lifestyle.
