Liz StranixJune 01, 2022"I have been a member of different gyms over my adult life however nothing compares to Vision Bangor. As a result I have been a member since 2016. To have... a trainer I feel completely safe with, whether that is discussing my goals, insecurities, feelings or trying new exercises it’s like nothing I have experienced before. The trainers are very knowledgeable across all aspects of training. As a result I was able to train up to 34 weeks pregnant safely and with no complications or injuries. My trainer Stu has been instrumental in my post natal recovery both in and out of the gym. I cannot recommend Vision Bangor enough for whatever exercise journey you may be on or want to start. Taking the first step can be scary but the team at vision Bangor make it feel easy.See more "

Nicole DavidsonMay 17, 2022"What I have learned through Vision Bangor is so much more than what I’d experienced with other gyms. As a mum, I love that I can etch in this time... for myself, and it has now become both an opportunity to maintain my health and fitness, as well as a counselling session on those hard mum days, with someone who is eager to listen and offer support. The trainers are all so knowledgeable and friendly, their expectations are individual to each client, so you are running your own race, with a gym full of supporters cheering you on (quite literally when you ring that bell 😉). Walking into my gym can lift my day and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I’m so appreciative of all the guidance and support from Stuart and the rest of the team.See more "
