Vision Prahran Client, Simon, had a goal to complete. His goal was to complete 52km of hiking around the Bay of Fires in Tasmania.
With that in mind, Simon's Trainer, Luke, made sure to incorporate Step Ups, Leg Presses as well as Squats into Simon's program. This would ensure Simon's legs would be ready for the hiking terrain that awaited!
In Simon's words "I'm pleased to say that I was one of the fittest (if not the fittest) on the walk of 10 people. The biggest thing that I noticed was the strength in my legs for the sand walking, up and down the hill/rocks... You are Mr Miyagi (off the Karate Kid). The leg presses, squats and step-up's are the equivalent of wax on/wax off!" - Simon
