After an active life a motorcycle accident laid me low for over a year and the body got out of shape.  When the scales tipped over 96kilos at Christmas I knew it was time to take stock and make a change.  

A few friends had joined Vision and I could see that it had made a real difference so realising that I needed a plan and support to get back into shape I took the plunge and signed up for a 9-week program.  The program focussed on getting me moving and rather than dieting, using the Vision App, I become very mindful of what I was eating and how much over what I really needed to consume in one day.  

Now, 20 weeks later and about 20 kilograms lighter and much fitter, I have regained my confidence, partaken in community walks, then 5km runs, I am back swimming (at 1km PB times!), cycling and enjoying life more fully.  
I highly recommend anyone to ‘take the plunge’, commit to the first 9 weeks and just go for it!   The friendly vibe and welcoming smiles and greeting at classes (especially on those mornings where it is hard to get going) really helps me stay motivated.  I figure life is no practice run so there was no time to lose to get started and I am so glad I made that first move!
