“I was in introduced to Vision about 11 years ago by a very dear friend which has been one of the best things that’s ever happened to me.
Working with my Personal Trainer Julie, I learned through nutrition to eat well and exercise correctly to keep fit and healthy.
While I was still working, Vision helped me achieve a 20kg weight loss and worked towards a healthy lifestyle to then plan towards retirement.
With aging it’s too easy to find excuses not to go, but going has become a way of life. Now that I am retired, going to Vision has become part of my daily routine which keeps me happy, healthy, strong and fit. Joining in the group classes and enjoying the social interaction with the rest of the clients and trainers makes exercise fun.
I have had injuries over time and Vision has given me support and solutions to recover. I have learned that if you just push yourself a little more you get so much help from the trainers. Being consistent, you can overcome your injuries and keep yourself strong and healthy.
