Tell me about your life before Vision? I would eat what I want and rarely exercise!
What results have you achieved? I have lost almost 12kgs.
How has life changed for you? I'm a lot fitter and feel great I have a lot more energy and don't find myself getting as tired during the day.
What is your favourite thing about training at Vision? Training with Austin, he is a great trainer who will push you to achieve your goals.
What are some defining moments during your journey? I ran 14k during my first 9 weeks. I've also been playing futsal and feel a lot fitter than before. I've also fitted in to some of my older Everton jerseys.
What advice would you give someone in a similar situation to where you were, and thinking about making a change? For me the hardest part was just getting started once I began and set my goals I got really into it.
