Tell me about your life before Vision?
Pretty similar with less running. My focus was to build my running up.
What results have you achieved?
I completed my first half marathon well under my goal time and also lost +5kgs as an added bonus.
How has life changed for you?
I enjoy distance running and have built up good endurance in my legs.
What is your favourite thing about training at Vision?
The community of trainers and members!
What are some defining moments during your journey?
Adhering to and completing the training schedule while overseas and completing the half with a solid feeling of accomplishment!
What advice would you give someone in a similar situation to where you were, and thinking about making a change?
Be clear about what you want and listen to those telling you how to get there. Oh and try not to get stuck with Mak as your trainer... #teamluke
