In Neil’s first 9 weeks, he decided to cut out alcohol, he focused on planning and tracking his food each day, joined in at least 2 group training sessions a week, and ensured he still enjoyed a night out on the weekend! During his first 9 weeks, he also faced an injury, but continued to train by modifying what he needed to and making sure he put an extra focus on his nutrition.
