I started with Vision at Bondi mid April feeling lethargic, unmotivated and overweight. I met with my trainer, Conor and was given a Bioscan and he went through the nutritional information and how to access the MyVision app.
Conor has consistently reminded me to track my foods which I found to be the key to keeping me on track with my diet, and I have enjoyed making some of the recipes in the app. We set my goal to lose 5kgs within the 9 week challenge and I managed to lose 7kgs. I am feeling more energised and motivated and I no longer crave the chocolate and soft drink I had to get me through my day.
I’ve found all the trainers to be extremely friendly and supportive and I have really enjoyed the group classes, shopping classes offered as well as other information nights on offer. It has been a really positive experience for me and I look forward to my training sessions with Conor who continuously pushes me in our sessions when I need it and encourages me challenge myself.
