Liz joined Vision looking to gain muscle, improve her posture and strength as well as understand more about nutrition.
Since joining she has been incredibly consistent, tracking food daily, attending her 2 weekly PT sessions and training alone in the Studio. Liz has also become an integral member of the Vision community- attending 3 group sessions a week along with seminars and shopping tours. As a result Liz’s visceral fat has dropped 2 points and her body fat percentage is down 4 percent. She is also back to running regularly and competing in local running events!
