Through consistent effort and progressive overload in her training routine, open water swimming, training events, and running events of up to 10-15km each quickly became a lifestyle shift. This transition led to her feeling fitter and stronger than ever plus reaching new personal bests.
The half marathon is the next endeavour in Carrie’s sights at the years end.
