Who knew so much could happen in just 9 short weeks. A life changing experience that I will never forget. I was in the early stages of my weight loss journey when I signed up for the Weight Loss Challenge. Nervous and excited at the same time, my Trainer and I sat down and locked in my goals.
A mix of emotions each week and anxiety before every weigh in…Had my hard work paid off Consistently every week the numbers kept going down. To go from someone who drank wine every day, Latte's with sugar and buying lunch from a Cafe, this Challenge wasn't just about changing my body. It was also about changing my mindset and creating new, healthy habits.
I've achieved so much in such a short period of time. I'm over the moon and want to shout my success from the rooftop. In 9 weeks I have completed my first 10km Fun Run, conquered the 1000 Steps, shed 12.85kgs and 12.5% body fat.
I'm fitter than ever and now turn my focus to maintaining my weight and achieving health and fitness milestones. I hope to motivate others to get fit so they can feel the same sense of achievement and happiness that is now my daily norm.
