Before I joined Vision, my body didn't feel like my own anymore and I was often inactive and demotivated. I didn't really have enough knowledge about nutrition and exercise to know what I needed to do to improve.

The thing that's surprised me most is the genuine support and encouragement I've received from my trainer. He is so attentive and knows when to listen to my limits but also when to challenge me. His positivity and belief keeps me focussed and eager to work hard. The gym has a really friendly and accepting culture, there's no ego or competition.

I feel much lighter and more confident in my body. The discipline I've learnt at Vision translates to all the other work and projects I take on so I'm more productive and organised throughout the day. Lifting weights has given me a good mental escape from any stresses of everyday life. I've learnt so much about nutrition and correct technique which will help me lead a healthier lifestyle well into the future.

Just do it! It takes all the guessing and research out of the weight loss process and gives you a really simple plan, and a supportive community to help you follow it. It's a way more personalised experience than getting a PT at a regular gym because the Vision trainers put lots of work into tailoring programs to your goals and lifestyle. You won't regret it.
