I joined Vision Bondi in October 2024 with a simple goal— get back in shape and rebuild my health.
Since then, I’ve lost 15kg and completely changed my routine. These days, I train 2–3 times a week with strength sessions, jump into group classes when I can, and cycle regularly — either in the park or at the studio. I’ve also followed my nutrition plan closely, which has made a huge difference in both my energy and results.
With the help of my trainer Martin, and clear guidance from Max at the start, I’ve found a rhythm that works. Everything has worked really well. It’s been a really positive experience — and I’ve definitely seen the change in me.
The goals keep me motivated. Right now, I’m working towards:
Dropping to 72.3kg and 16% body fat
Completing 10 full pull-ups
Riding 50km in the Spring Cycle event
As I was informed, if you follow the program — the progress comes. In fact, I’ve progressed a bit faster than expected and exceeded what I thought was possible.
Would be hard to say anything other than this has been a great experience.
