I was regularly running before Covid. I tried to get back to it after but was annoyed by an uncomfortable pain in my shoulder while running. I started the 10 week running program to prepare for my first half marathon aiming to finish only. Consistent during my training and with run club, my shoulder doesn’t hurt anymore and I felt I could give myself a bigger challenge… not only finishing it but running it under 2hours! Proud to say I did it and aim now to complete my first marathon next year!
