When Frank first walked through our doors three years ago, his goal was simple - get fitter, lose some weight, and have more energy for day-to-day life.

At the time, his training was limited to walking, and strength training was completely new territory.

Like many, Frank wasn’t lacking effort - he just didn’t have the structure, guidance, or strategy to get the results he was after.

That’s where everything changed.

Since joining Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction, Frank has completely transformed not just his routine, but his lifestyle.

He now consistently strength trains three times per week, complements it with two stretch and mobility sessions, and is a regular face in our group classes. What once felt unfamiliar has now become second nature.

The results speak for themselves.

Frank has lost over 10kg of fat mass, built lean muscle, and significantly improved his strength, energy, and overall confidence.

But beyond the physical transformation, what we’re most proud of is the person Frank has become inside the studio.

He’s an integral part of our community - someone who shows up, supports others, and leads by example.

His journey is a reminder that it’s never too late to start, and that with the right structure, support, and consistency, incredible results are possible.

Frank is now stronger, more confident, and feeling better than ever - and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of his journey.
