After Covid l wanted to get back to my fitness level so l trained for run Melbourne half marathon 2023. As a plant based eater l struggle to get enough protein and eat enough to reach my energy needs. With the help of Phil not only was l about to achieve these goals but also go on to loose all the weight l gained during Covid and am the leanest l have been in a long time. Now l have a whole wardrobe of clothes l can fit into and feel confident in manipulating my macros for the next half marathon.
